Bob Demary
Bob is a phenomenal & passionate blues & rock & roll guitarist. Originally from The Berkshires in Massachusetts, he has over 50 years of stage experience: from The East Coast to California to Portland, Oregon before eventually landing back in New England. Bob played at Blues Festivals, Portland Park Concerts, & venues such at The Candlelight Room & The Lehrer with Ms Demeanor, Nobodysbizness, Tracey Fordice & The 8 Balls, & more. Before relocating to the East Coast, Bob performed numerous venues in Oregon wine country and throughout Multnomah Village and downtown Portland. His love of a variety of music is obvious when on stage. He has the ability to ignite a musical spark that has audiences dancing in the streets & singing along. Bob has created an entire solo show for smaller, more intimate venues.
Kat Cogswell Demary
Kat is a professional vocalist who has spent her life performing on stage. From the Pacific NW in the '70s & '80s to New England and New York City in the '90s, singing jazz, blues, pop, R & B, & Musical Theater.
Kat spent 26 years performing in and around the Pacific Northwest with her jazz quartet & vocal ensemble groups, sharing the stage with some of Portland's most respected musicians at numerous establishments including Jimmy Mak's, Tony Starlight's, The Benson, The Allison, Arrivederci, & McMenamins venues. She has entertained in Portland Parks, Waterfront Festivals, throughout The Columbia Gorge, & up to the Seattle area. One of Portland's finest: Kat lights up a room. You can feel the heartfelt intensity when she sings. Kat is thrilled to be back on the East Coast with BobKat Duo.
